Objective:
To cultivate deeper connections and strengthen mutual understanding by engaging in a meaningful conversations with members (2-3 people) of your local or chosen community. This practice encourages reflection, curiosity, and shared vision through active listening and mutual exchange.
Instructions:
1. Identify a Conversation Partner:
Reach out to 2-3 people in your community—this could be a neighbor, elder, youth, colleague, or someone whose story you’re curious about. Aim to speak with someone you don’t usually have long conversations with.
2. Set a Time to Talk:
Plan for a 30–45 minute conversation. This can happen in person, over the phone, or via video call—whatever works best for both of you.
3. Root the Conversation in Care:
Approach the exchange with openness and respect. This is not an interview, but a mutual dialogue. Allow the conversation to unfold naturally, using the guiding questions below as prompts if needed.

What motivates you to show up for others or your community?
Can you share a time when you experienced or witnessed mutual aid in action?
What does solidarity mean to you on a daily basis?
What’s something you’re currently learning, healing, or unlearning?
