About Course

The 4C Accelerate Program is a structured initiative designed to deliver targeted business development instruction and support over a 12-week period. It provides entrepreneurs with tools, mentorship, and resources to build credit profiles, improve financial literacy, and develop procurement readiness. 

Program Components:
